What works today?
Today you can explore a demo with 20 entirely fictional orders, edit their fields, approve an example and download a generic CSV. Real AI extraction and the paid service are in preparation.
Which documents are in the pilot scope?
The proposed scope covers digital PDFs with selectable text and simple order emails. Photos, handwritten documents, scanned PDFs and complex formats are outside the standard scope. We confirm the format before you start.
Does it connect directly to my ERP?
The demo does not connect to any ERP. The pilot covers one supported import format, which we need to confirm for your company. The demo’s generic CSV does not guarantee compatibility or create orders in your system.
Who decides an order is ready?
Your team does. Each order needs review and approval before export. References, units, quantities and possible amendments must be clarified; the pilot does not replace that decision.
What if we exceed the limits?
The proposed scope is up to 250 orders and 2,500 lines per month: both limits apply. If you need more volume, we evaluate and agree this in writing before you begin. This page does not offer additional-volume pricing.
Does the enquiry start the pilot or a payment?
No. It only lets us respond and check whether the pilot fits. Before any paid service begins, you receive the scope, supported format, price and terms in writing. Setup can be arranged by email, with no required meetings.
