About Norquantia
A founder-led architecture for accountable transformation.
Norquantia is a European ERP, finance and AI transformation practice. It connects senior independent advice, explicit methods, decision-ready evidence and controlled technology without transferring accountability away from people.
One company, five connected layers
Each layer has a distinct purpose while sharing one governance architecture.

Founder accountability
Magnus Ove leads Norquantia and remains directly involved in framing, evidence review, decision design and delivery. Responsibility is visible rather than delegated to an anonymous delivery model.
Independent by design
Norquantia is ERP-agnostic and does not receive direction from software vendors or implementation partners. Advice is based on the business need, operating context and available evidence. Norquantia does not provide legal or tax advice and does not replace management decisions.
European and cross-border context
Based in Málaga and shaped by Nordic business experience, Norquantia supports European organizations where entities, languages, controls, finance processes and technology choices intersect.
How the work is governed
Engagements begin with the question that needs an answer. Evidence, assumptions, dependencies, decision rights and next actions are made explicit before recommendations move into implementation.
Markets and engagement models
Support can address a defined assessment, an executive decision, a transformation workstream or a wider ERP and finance programme. Scope and outputs are agreed before work starts.
Methods, assessments and products
The transformation system provides the lifecycle; assessments create a decision-ready baseline; NAIOS governs AI-enabled work; advisory supports accountable decisions; and Flow provides controlled invoice decision support without automatic ERP posting.
