Terms
Scope
Each engagement is confirmed in writing before work starts, including scope, price, delivery assumptions and permitted use.
Nature of services
Norquantia provides business, ERP, finance-systems and AI-transformation advisory. Specific legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice is outside scope unless explicitly agreed with an appropriately qualified provider.
Client responsibility
The client remains responsible for final business, accounting, tax, legal and compliance decisions.
Pricing and payment
Published prices are starting points. Final price, applicable VAT/IVA, payment schedule and expenses are confirmed in the proposal.
Confidentiality and data
Both parties should protect non-public information. The client may only provide data and documents it is authorised to share.
Intellectual property
Norquantia retains ownership of its methods, templates and reusable materials. The client receives the agreed right to use delivered outputs.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss and no more than the amount paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
Subject to mandatory rules, Spanish law applies.
