What an assessment produces

From evidence to decision
Findings remain separate from assumptions. The final output states the decision required, viable options, constraints, risks and accountable owner.
Practical outputs
A defined assessment may produce a management readout, prioritized roadmap, process and control observations, target-state direction or a gate recommendation.

An assessment is not a certification, audit opinion, legal or tax conclusion, guaranteed forecast or automated product recommendation.
